THE
NEW YORK FORUM
The
New York Forum is an assembly of New Yorkers dedicated to the
proposition that the urban problems of New York City and its adjacent
region need to be re-thought and re-examined, with new solutions
for problems that have defied solution until now, such as race,
crime, education, literacy, child welfare, the regional economy
and the efficiency and funding of government. All channels of public
education need to be employed in pursuit of new solutions and improvements,
along with a series of think-tank task forces and public forums.
